Wembley hosts the Euro 2028 final and both semi-finals. If you're in London for the tournament alone — or a Londoner whose friends didn't get tickets — here's how to turn match week into conversations.
UEFA Euro 2028 is hosted by the United Kingdom and Ireland across eight stadiums in seven cities: London (Wembley and Tottenham Hotspur Stadium), Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Newcastle, Cardiff, Glasgow and Dublin — Belfast's Casement Park was dropped from the plan in 2024. Wembley stages the final and both semi-finals. For roughly a month the host cities fill with supporters, many of them travelling alone or in pairs, alongside locals who want to be part of it without a ticket.
Wembley is a long way from the centre and the stadium's own strip is busy and expensive. Londoners meet in the centre first and travel together: King's Cross and the canal for anyone arriving by train, Soho and Fitzrovia for the central crowd, Borough and London Bridge south of the river, Shoreditch for the east. From any of them Wembley Park is a direct Metropolitan or Jubilee line ride.
A fan zone is a great place to watch and a poor place to meet someone. BUDMO does the opposite. Say you're free before or after the match; we match you with one verified person — a travelling supporter, a Londoner, someone who moved here last month — and pick a vetted venue near where you'll both be. Your deposit becomes venue credit when you check in. Ninety minutes later you head to the ground together, or to the big screen, or you don't. Afterwards you both privately say if you'd meet again.
If your team's route takes you north or west, your BUDMO waitlist follows: Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Newcastle, Cardiff, Glasgow and Dublin are all on it.
We'll message you the day BUDMO opens where you are. Waitlist members get the first invitations.
