# BUDMO

> BUDMO is a friendship-first social app for meeting someone new over one drink, early evening, in a vetted partner venue the app picks. Not a dating app. 18+. Operated by The Factory FZE. Tagline: "A drink isn't a date."

## What it does
- You say when you're free this evening; BUDMO matches you with one verified person (or a table of 4–6) who is free too, and assigns a vetted partner venue nearby.
- A small deposit holds your seat and becomes venue credit at QR check-in — spend it on anything (coffee, 0.0, spritz). Refunded on timely cancellation.
- Rematch: afterwards both people privately say if they'd meet again; mutual yes → the next meeting is set, venue included.
- Safety: ID + selfie verification, QR check-in, report/block reviewed within 24h, live-location share, discreet exit button, women-only tables.
- 0.0 parity: one tap marks you as not drinking (never affects matching); every partner venue keeps a non-alcoholic option at a comparable price. BUDMO never promotes alcohol consumption.
- Evenings run 18:00–22:30, walkable; in Ukraine tables end before curfew and the app shows the nearest shelter during an alert.

## For venues
Founding venues pay no setup fee; first 4 weeks free, then a small per-check-in fee. Deposits become venue credit at the till; weekly payout; the venue controls nights and table caps. Only requirement: one quality non-alcoholic option on the menu during BUDMO hours.
